FOLLOW HIS LEAD

Jesus showed us that true greatness looks like serving others. Every time you show up to serve, you reflect His heart to the people around you. –Mark 10:45

THERE'S A PLACE FOR YOU

God gave you specific gifts for a reason. Use them to serve others well, and experience the joy of seeing Him work through you. -1 Peter 4:10-11

FAQs

Volunteers are an essential part of ministry at The Ark Church – we can’t do it without you! No matter your skills or experience, we have opportunities for you to get involved and make a difference. Check out our open positions and sign up for the next Teams Class to get started.
As Christians, serving is at the core of who we are. Even Jesus came to serve, not be served (Mark 10:45). Volunteering is also one of the best ways to meet people, build relationships, and be an integral part of what God is doing in and through The Ark.
It’s the first step to joining a serving team. You’ll hear about the heart and values of The Ark, discover available areas and opportunities, and find out how to submit your application.
Each area has different requirements. Basically, you need to be a follower of Jesus and have a heart to serve. You’ll get on-the-job training as you begin and there are opportunities to serve beginning in 6th grade.
We want everyone to serve in their “sweet spot!” While commitment and consistency are vital, there is also some flexibility within each area.
